Delivery
Orders are packed and dispatched within 24 hours.

You'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships.
Ordering from outside the UK
- International orders are limited to 4 hoodies per order. For bigger orders, use our team orders form.
- Your country may charge import VAT, customs duty or a courier handling fee when the parcel arrives. These are set by your country, aren't included in our prices, and are paid by you.
- Delivery times are estimates. Customs checks can occasionally add a few days.
Returns
- Email hello@s4sfitness.com with your order number to start a return. We'll reply with the return address.
- Return postage is paid by you. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't refund items that don't reach us.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method once we've received and checked the return.
This doesn't affect your statutory rights. Under UK law you can cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it.
Exchanges
Wrong size? Email us and we'll help you swap it, subject to stock. The quickest route is usually to return the original and place a new order for the size you need.
